How does your workplace stack up against competitors? How can you improve workplace practices to help recruit and retain employees? Find out by taking our 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon survey! The survey is now open and runs through November.
If you represent a for-profit private or public company or division with at least 15 regular full- or part-time Oregon employees (including owners/executives) register here!
There is no cost to participate or be listed in the magazine. Companies may be headquartered anywhere. Survey reports will be available to all qualifying participants so, whether or not their company makes the list, seize this chance to obtain valuable employee feedback and compare your workplace practices to companies throughout the state. Company and employee participation will be kept private and anonymous.
Here’s the schedule for the 2015 list—
Sign-up period: August 18 through November 7.
Survey period: The employee and employer surveys available online from August 25 through November 14.
Scoring and ranking: Participants notified in December if they ranked among the 100 Best.
Survey results: Reports detailing employee satisfaction, priorities and comments, as well as comparisons against other participants, available in December to all participants.
100 Best event: The 2015 100 Best Companies revealed in the March issue of Oregon Business. We will celebrate the winners at a dinner event at the Oregon Convention Center in March.
