Since late 2010, Con-way, a trucking and logistics company, has been working on a master plan for a new mixed-use community in Northwest Portland. In a few months, when the plan is completed, Con-way will actively solicit developers to build office, residential and retail projects on the site. The 17-acre project is expected to be fully built out in 10 years.
