For residential customers, the average Northwest Natural monthly bill will only increase by about $1 while Avista’s will increase by about $5, according to the commission.
Customers with Cascade Natural Gas will see a 0.8 percent increase overall, with an even smaller increase for residential users, one that amounts to about 38 cents.
