The store will open at 7 a.m. the day before Halloween, and spokesman Dale Emanuel said he expects hundreds to pile in for an experience he called “Walmart shopping on steroids.”
The store will also offer an on-site Job Connection office, as well as a community classroom space for programs like ESL classes.
