As reported by Metro News, the agency’s contribution comes from its Transit-Oriented Development Program, which provides incentives to developers to build mixed-use projects near mass transit stops.
Metro made a similar grant of $350,000 earlier this year for Rembold Properties’ Main Square Living project, a commercial space with 85 units, also in Beaverton.
