Once the deal closes, Quinsey will move to the non-executive chairman position and RF’s CEO Bob Bruggeworth will be Qorvo CEO. The CFO position will go to TriQuint’s CFO Steve Buhaly. Bruggeworth will be in Greensboro and Buhaly will be in Hillsboro, Quinsey said.
Because the deal is a “merger of equals” executives and board members from both companies will make up the new team, and they will be in there distributed locations.
