Old Town Beaverton development receives funding boost

Metro approved a $350,000 grant to fund a mixed-use development at First Street and Angel Avenue.

Rembold Properties is moving forward with development plans for a 3.5 story building with retail space and 87 apartment units.
The building will be the first newly built building in the Old Town neighborhood in several years, according to the city, and is meant to boost restaurants and retail in the area.
