According to GlobeSherpa, the $2.5 million contract calls for all riders to be able to use the Apps by 2017. Employee testing is scheduled to begin after the opening of the Portland to Milwaukie Light Rail Line in September 2015, with field testing by a limited number of riders in 2016.
