Northwest Metal Buildings received a large order last October to build a structure to protect some of the military vehicles at the Veterans Memorial Museum in Chehalis, Wash.
The museum’s building was supposed to feature 10 bays with a roll-up door and cost $15,318, money the veterans had collected over the years from a variety of small fundraisers.
