The main reason for opening a Eugene office was the variety of projects cropping up here, which match Andersen’s diverse operations, company officials said.
“Eugene has a lot of great opportunities in multifamily housing, student housing, retail, high tech and higher education, which all fit in our wheelhouse” said Billy Phillips, the company’s Mid-Willamette Valley business development manager.
