Salem’s Capitol Auto Group was named one of the top 10 dealerships for employees in the United States and Canada by Automotive News magazine.
All three of Capitol Auto Group’s locations — Capitol Chevrolet Cadillac, Capitol Toyota, and Capitol Subaru — made the list. The group was the only car dealership in Oregon this year to receive recognition.
The award recognizes car dealerships that maintain quality workplaces for workers in the industry, and measures satisfaction at competing locations through a confidential survey distributed to employers and employees.
