Bagley-based TEAM Industries has signed a partnership and investment deal with Brammo.
As part of the agreement, TEAM will work with Brammo to develop a new drive train for electric vehicles.
TEAM is at least the third Minnesota company to take a stake in Brammo, which is in the early stages of prepping for an initial public offering.
