The Rose City has a vacancy rate of 11%.

The declining vacancy is contributing to higher rents. In the central city, rents were up 6.7 percent over the last year for top-rated Class A offices and 7 percent for smaller or less amenity-rich Class B offices. The suburbs are also seeing moderate rent growth.
