Portland executive Jake Nichol will retire August 6.
Nichol joined the company in 2005 as the hand-picked successor of founder and Chairman Tim Leatherman. He’s grown sales and improved the company’s bottom line while also expanding it into new markets. He also oversaw the launch of a subsidiary that focuses on innovation.
