The Portland Timbers stadium will now be called Providence Park.
The Portland Timbers and Providence Health & Services announced Monday the MLS soccer team’s stadium would now be called Providence Park in a 15-year deal. Jeld-Wen Inc., which had paid for naming rights of Jeld-Wen Field since 2011, took on the reduced status as a Founding Sponsor of the club.
