“People, by and large, give real well here,” Executive Director Bill Harsh said. “I’m really proud of our community, their caring spirit and willingness to help those in need.”
OCF’s Giving in Oregon project has documented charitable giving in Oregon for more than a decade. It analyzes the donations to over 10,000 Oregon nonprofit organizations.
