ODA has issued six civil penalties totaling $2,886 in connection with three incidents, in Wilsonville, downtown Portland, and West Linn.
Collier Arbor Care of Clackamas, a licensed commercial pesticide operator, was cited in all three.
In the largest incident, last June, about 50,000 bumblebees were found dead and dying in a Target parking lot under linden trees that had been sprayed with dinotefuran.
