Wells Fargo Bank plans to help 220 Portlanders with down payment assistance under a new program.
The lucky recipients will be eligible for grants of $15,000 to put down on a home, under Wells Fargo’s NeighborhoodLIFT program.
There will be a two-day event in December where prospective moderate-income home buyers can seek to qualify for the down payment assistance.
