The Seattle job market has dropped to 4.7% from 7.2% one year ago, and is becoming very competitive.

The Seattle job market has dropped to 4.7% from 7.2% one year ago, and is becoming very competitive.

And according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of workers voluntarily leaving their jobs is up more than 10 percent over the past two years.

“We have 12 open positions posted on our website right now, it takes 3-4 months to fill an individual roll,” [Moz CEO Rand] Fishkin says. “We want to make sure everyone that comes through feels like their experience just keeps getting better and better.”
