The average rental rate of $37 per square foot per year makes Northwest Couch the 18th most expensive street for office space in the country, according to real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle.
The list is topped by Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, Calif., in the heart of Silicon Valley where tenants pay $111 per square foot, followed by Fifth Avenue in Manhattan and University Avenue in Palo Alto, Calif.
