Jeff Cronn Joins Albertina Kerr Board

Tonkon Torp partner Jeff Cronn has been elected to the Governing Board of Albertina Kerr, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Portland, Oregon since 1907, that provides essential support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges.
“I very much look forward to my work with Albertina Kerr,” shared Cronn. “Kerr provides life-changing services to the state's most vulnerable citizens. I’ve witnessed first-hand the ongoing difference Kerr makes in the lives of those it supports since I was in grade school. I am so pleased to contribute to Kerr as a board member now and to support its critical work.”
Cronn has served as Chair or Co-Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Business Department since 2008. He is also an active member of its Mergers & Acquisitions and Shareholder Disputes and Governance practice groups.
