Three Associates Join Tonkon Torp

Tonkon Torp LLP welcomes three new associates to practice groups across the firm. The attorneys were sworn in to the Oregon State Bar during ceremonies held in October.
Timothy Costello joins the Estate Planning Practice Group. Prior to joining Tonkon Torp, Costello practiced estate and trust law in Maryland and was a member of both the Baltimore County Estate Planning Council and the Estates & Trusts Committee of the Baltimore City Bar Association. Costello has broad experience providing clients with strategic advice on their family wealth planning and business succession goals. His expertise includes probate and trust administration as well as estate and gift tax preparation, business formation, and tax planning. Costello graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2010, and earned his undergraduate degree with distinction and honors at Goucher College.
Gracey Nagle is an associate in the Litigation Department, where she will focus on business disputes. Nagle graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2021. While a law student, Nagle worked as a summer associate at Tonkon Torp and completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Lynn R. Nakamoto at the Oregon Supreme Court. She also worked as a Research Assistant for former Lewis & Clark Law School Dean Robert Klonoff on both academic scholarship and appellate litigation at the U.S. Supreme Court. Before she earned her law degree, Nagle worked for eight years as a paralegal in the Portland area and as a documentary filmmaker. Nagle completed Post-Baccalaureate Studies at Portland State University in 2004 and is a 2001 graduate of Yale.
Alexandria Wagner-Jakubiak joins the Business Department. Wagner-Jakubiak graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2021, where she was the recipient of the Presidential Scholarship. At Willamette, Wagner-Jakubiak served as Executive Editor of the Law Review, a board member on the Moot Court, and Vice President of the Business Law Society. During her law school summers, Wagner-Jakubiak worked at Tonkon Torp as a 1L Diversity Fellow and 2L Summer Associate. Wagner-Jakubiak earned a B.S. from Full Sail University in Florida.
