Dissapointing marina revenue led to recent layoffs at the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay.

The changes reduce the port’s full-time employees from 25 to 22.

The port’s annual budget is about $2.9 million. One-third of that comes from property taxes, and two-thirds comes from revenues.
