House Bill 2115 would broaden legal definition of “intoxicant” to other drugs.

The pending version would extend the definition of “intoxicant” to analogs. They are synthetic drugs that are similar chemically to some controlled substances, or mimic the stimulative, depressive or hallucinogenic effects of those substances.
