Pacific University is partnering with Zipcar to offer a campus car-sharing program.
The service will offer a Toyota Prius and a Ford Focus to be based at the school’s Forest Grove campus.
Neighbors and Pacific University students, faculty and staff — 18 or older — members can join for a $25 annual membership fee, with rates on campus Zipcar vehicles starting at $7.50 per hour and $69 per day.
Zipcar partners with more than 300 universities across the country including University of Oregon. Its ZipcarU program is partnering with Ford on a “Students with Drive” grant program that supports student organizations.
