A Chinese-owned company is suing President Obama for barring the company from building a windfarm near an Oregon Navy base.

Yesterday, Ralls filed suit against President Obama and Treasury Sec. Timothy Geithner, claiming that the executive order as well as a previous order issued by the Committee On Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) violate the U.S. constitution.

Ralls asserts in its complaint that in barring the company from using or selling its assets without due process President Obama has violated the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution. Further, Ralls asserts that by singling out a Chinese-owned company for this action, the President has violated the Fifth Amendment guarantee of equal protection.
