The agency watchdog found such major problems with Cascade Sierra Solutions’ accounting that it urged the EPA to consider suspending or barring the organization from all current and future grant awards.
Its report said Cascade Sierra Solutions’ accounting “did not support that funds drawn are reasonable, allocatable, and allowable… As a result, we are unable to provide an opinion on the financial resources, related liabilities, revenue, expenses, and residual balances.”
