Portland entrepreneur David Sypniewski seeks funding for his minimalist shoe brand Skora.

Now, Skora has two running shoe styles in the “minimal” category that went to market in February. Two more styles will be introduced next year. And, after a productive four days last week at the Outdoor Retailer tradeshow in Salt Lake City, Skora has vastly expanded its U.S. and international distributorship.

So Sypniewski has a different story to tell investors as Skora seeks to raise $1.5 million to $3 million by Dec. 15.
