Oregon’s largest employees’ union comes to terms with state officials on furlough days.
Per tentative agreements made between the union and state officials, the way furlough days are used will vary from agency to agency.

Other agencies will have employees schedule furlough days on a floating basis, particularly those places that operate around the clock or provide essential public services.
