PDC director resigns

Although Bruce Warner planned on leaving Dec. 31, he agreed to continue serving until April 2011, at the urging of Mayor Sam Adams and PDC board Chairman Scott Andrews.

PDC is the city’s urban renewal and economic development agency. Warner has served as its director since July 2005.

“The search will be conducted by the commission with input from the mayor,” says PDC spokesman Shaun Uhlman. “The commission will take a very, very active role in the process.”
