Adidas, in a news release issued Thursday morning, described the deal as a “multi-year partnership.” Rodgers will collaborate on footwear, training apparel and equipment product development and will have “a leading role” in Adidas marketing campaigns, traveling “on behalf of Adidas to major international sporting events and brand initiatives.”
The Adidas North American headquarters in Portland handles U.S. football brand management and product design.
