It would also include 36,000 square feet of retail space and 800 parking spaces in an underground garage.

It would be on the so-called “super block” just south of the Hassalo project, currently occupied by four low-rise office buildings known collectively as Oregon square.

The $192 million Hassalo project, meanwhile, continues apace, Chamberlain said. Two of the new buildings have been built to their full height. The third and tallest has reached its 15th story out of 21. It’s expected to open in summer 2015.
