Puralytics, which makes water purification systems, is in the middle of a funding round; the total equity offering is $2.3 million and remains open.

Puralytics, which is also incorporated as UV Cleaning Solutions Inc., has developed award winning water purification technology using solar-activated nanotechnology. Its SolarBag is a personal water source that removes bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and chemical contaminants from potential drinking water. It is also developing LilyPad, which uses similar technology to clean storm water in retention pond.

The privately-held company has issued two classes of shares: Common and Preferred.
