John Plotkin accused Brenda Rocklin of plotting with two SAIF executives to get him fired.
In an amended complaint filed Monday, Plotkin is seeking reinstatement as SAIF’s CEO and $2 million in damages. He claims “Rocklin acted in concert” with Chris Davie and Ryan Fleming, two SAIF senior managers. Their aim, according to the lawsuit, was “to convey to the SAIF board the false impression that plaintiff had engaged in unlawful discriminatory conduct with the aim of prompting the board to discharge”
