Urban Renaissance Group is buying the newspaper’s former headquarters on SW Broadway.
The sales price and future plans for the building were not disclosed.
The staff of the Oregonian Media Group will move into new offices in the Crown Plaza building, 1500 S.W. First Ave., on Monday. A separate corporation created as part of the Oregonian’s restructuring, dvance Central Services Oregon, has already moved to the 1515 Market Square building at 1515 S.W. Fifth Ave.
