“There has not been a decision made on what or where they will build next,” said the spokeswoman, Kathleen Mazzocco, in an email. “They are very early on in this process of evaluation and are months away from deciding whether to move forward on either project.”
The Zidell family eventually envisions a business and residential district on the site that spans from its Zidell Marine barge-building operation north to TriMet’s new light rail bridge.
