Active Boarder shares the same physical address with the-house.com, an online and brick-and-mortar retailer for skiers, snowboarders, wake boarders and other outdoor sports.
Active Boarder replaces Great Outdoors Holdco, which, in late January, had a “stalking horse” agreement to purchase “substantially all of the assets and certain specified liabilities” of Altrec, court documents say. Great Outdoors also lent Altrec $250,000 so that the Redmond company could continue doing business through the process of finding a buyer.
