This leadership workshop is led by Dana Smith, certified professional coach, business leader and author. Smith will guide participants through lecture, exercises and discussion. At the end of the day, participants will have increased their capacity to deal with the emotional challenges that come with organizational change. In this workshop, participants will gain a new perspective on leadership, develop a greater capacity for fluidity in dynamic environments, and expand and strengthen relationships. Dana Smith works with a wide range of clients from start-ups and Fortune 500 companies including aerospace, defense, technology and hospitality organizations.
