Grant Kyle 5x5Kyle Grant joins the Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group. He is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington. In his practice, he represents clients on commercial real estate transactions and development, purchases and sales, leasing, financing, and land use. Mr. Grant also serves as a general counsel to condominium and planned community homeowner associations. In addition, he advises clients on corporate matters including business acquisitions, entity formation, and negotiation of commercial contracts. Mr. Grant graduated from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he was a senior editor of the BYU Law Review. He also holds a degree in cello performance from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Grant is a cellist with the Portland Columbia Symphon

 

Jeter Jordan 5x5Jordan Jeter joins the Labor & Employment Practice Group. Prior to Tonkon Torp, Ms. Jeter worked as a litigation associate at McKean Smith Law and as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Roger DeHoog of the Oregon Court of Appeals (now on the Oregon Supreme Court), and the Honorable Barbara A. Madsen of the Washington Supreme Court. As a law student, she worked as an appellate intern at the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. Ms. Jeter received her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from University of Washington, and her J.D. Order of the Coif, from University of Washington School of Law.

 

Krizanac Antonija 600x600Antonija Krizanac joins the Litigation Department. Ms. Krizanac joined the firm from Stoel Rives and has depth of litigation experience in the construction and building sectors. During law school, she was a legal extern at the Northwestern Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and a law clerk at Markun Zusman Freniere Compton. Prior to her law career, Ms. Krizanac was a program manager for Lockheed Martin Energy, and a project coordinator in the Special Projects Group of McKinstry Co. Ms. Krizanac has a B.A. in History and German Studies from Lewis & Clark College and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School.

 

Rothgeb Allison 5x7Allison Rothgeb joins the Environmental & Natural Resources Practice Group. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Arizona, and Nevada. In her practice, Ms. Rothgeb counsels clients on real property, land use, water law issues, and federal environmental laws including the National Environmental Policy Act, ESA, CERCLA, EPCRA, NPDES, and FLPMA. She also represents companies in state and federal courts. Ms. Rothgeb joined Tonkon Torp from McCormick Barstow, LLP in Las Vegas, where she was a Litigation and Coverage Associate. She has also served as in-house counsel for the Las Vegas Valley Water District and Southern Nevada Water Authority. Ms. Rothgeb received her B.A. from University of Georgia, an M.S. from University of Delaware, and a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E Rogers College of Law with a certificate in environmental law.
