Becoming by Michelle Obama. It’s new and I am excited to begin reading.
What I am watching
I watch British TV shows on BritBox and Acorn TV apps. It reminds me of home and keeps me connected to my culture. I just watched Mary Poppins Returns. I loved it and smiled from beginning to end, a great “feel-good” movie.

My husband would laugh at this question. He downloads everything for me. I cannot even turn the lights on and off anymore as he has everything so automated.
Must-have gadget
IPhone, specifically the camera. I have 8,000 photos of my 3-year-old grandson, Oliver.
Why I love my job
I love it when the team members who work for me get promoted and go on to bigger and better things. I also love the work we do in our communities. It’s great to see the difference we can all make.
When I am not working
I am a sports fanatic. I love baseball, tennis, basketball. But my greatest love is soccer (real football). I was born and raised a Liverpool FC fan, and I am also a Portland Timbers season ticket holder.

Favorite place to vacation
Anywhere the sun is shining. I especially like the Hawaiian islands.
Outlook for the Oregon economy in 2019
I am very optimistic about the Oregon economy. Many of our large business customers in Oregon are awash in capital and are looking to reinvest in their companies, people and Oregon communities. We’ve sustained about 3% state GDP growth over the last several years, and technology companies continue to bring high-paying jobs here.
Considering that nearly 20% of all the state’s exports go to China, increased trade tariffs are a bit concerning.
Advice to young people entering banking
Don’t enter banking thinking it is just a job; it can lead to a long, fulfilling career. There are many aspects of financial institutions that people do not know about; for example, legal, marketing and communication teams. This often surprises people.
Biggest trends in banking over the next five years
One trend is predictive banking, which provides customers with personalized insights into their spending and saving, and allows customers to take action to avoid negative outcomes and save more.

I've volunteered for Camp KC for children affected by HIV for over a decade. Tracy shows up every year with the volunteers to lend a hand, and that's just one of many non profits she champions. She is the kind of person I strive to be. She exudes Kindness, energy, and passion in everything she does. We need more of her.
