Last month, Wells Fargo paid a record $1.2 billion to settle a U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit claiming the bank had for years engaged in reckless lending practices and attempted to defraud government insurance programs. Now Wells Fargo is facing a lawsuit filed by a Damascus man. The former employee claims Wells Fargo has been collecting on mortgage loans without documentation, the discovery of which caused his termination. Read more from Law360.
