After the sale was announced in November, customers, suppliers and others assumed big changes were on the way, said former owner Jim Kelly who serves a consultant for the company. That has not happened, he said. And he believes any changes that do materialize will blend with the products, practices and culture that has developed with Rejuvenation since the first retail store opened in 1977.
"Williams-Sonoma was very excited about the (Rejuvenation) company," Kelly said, "and they were excited about the brand. And they had the resources to grow it, which I didn't."
