“The advisory group proposed a number of ideas that we will implement with your approval,” lottery staff members wrote to Director Larry Niswender and Chief Operating Officer Jon Clontz. Those include a time-out feature on the website, “rebranding the website, including removal of the name ORcade” and a handful of other changes, according to the memo.
