Oregon Rep. Kurt Schrader  is one of several legislators saying bill would help end congressional gridlock.

Today at a news conference at the foot of the U.S. Capitol, Schrader and Rep. Jim Cooper, a Democrat from Tennessee will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Republican Reps. Scott Rigell of Virginia and Reid Ribble of Wisconsin to throw down a gauntlet.

First, they will announce creation of the “Fix Congress Now Caucus.” Then they’ll get really serious by hitting every member of Congress where it hurts the most – the wallet. They’ll introduce the “No Budget, No Pay Act.”
