Keen has just begun thinking about how the new space will be used. Two things are certain: The first floor will be converted to retail for Keen products, which included footwear, socks and bags. And the fading lettering on the brick exterior that harkens to the building’s days as a place for “crockery, glassware” and “kitchen equipment” will be retained.
