Jive Software expects to proceed with its initial public stock offering Tuesday, joining an avalanche of companies planning IPOs this week.
A person familiar with the company’s plans confirms that Jive plans to price its stock today and begin trading on the Nasdaq exchange Tuesday under the ticker symbol “JIVE.”
