Small business hiring stalled for a second month in Oregon in November, despite nationwide job gains.

Employers added 206,000 jobs between October and November, ADP reported Wednesday, the biggest monthly jump since December 2010. Businesses with less than 49 employees created 110,000 of the jobs. 

But a separate report shows Oregon’s small employers aren’t contributing to the gains. Hiring dropped 0.1 percent last month among companies with fewer than 20 workers – about 90 percent of all businesses in the state, Intuit said.
