Eugene entrepreneur and former Bowtech CEO John Strasheim is switching gears and now working to expand Cosmos Caramel Corn.
[Founder] Jim Roberts is still with the company, but now has his weekends off and time to spend with his children. “We’re happy with where we are right now,” he said.
As for Strasheim, he’s been busy launching his rocket as CEO of Cosmos Caramel Corn. “There are a lot of things that we’re doing very, very quickly,” he said.
One month after the sale closed, Cosmos opened a store in Valley River Center in Eugene. The store brings in revenue, raises the company’s profile and, most importantly, serves as a test lab for future expansion.
