Howard S. Wright Construction and Faison Construction are contracted for the repairs set for January through March 2018.
The money comes from a voter-passed bond, which will also back at least 30 other parks repair projects.
… “Portland’s Living Room” will soon get a new waterproofing membrane and a new heating and cooling system for lower-level spaces occupied by TriMet and KGW. The workers will also remove and replace many bricks on the square.
