The 2018 Best Manufacturers to Work For in Oregon survey is live!
The survey, now in its second year, is designed to showcase Oregon manufacturers that go above and beyond to create a great place to work for their employees. There is no cost to participate.
The survey takes the form of an employee survey, as well as an employer benefits survey. Companies are assigned a numerical score based on the responses to both surveys. Manufacturers that receive the highest scores relative to other participants will be recognized in the November issue of Oregon Business magazine.
Participants will also be able to order reports of their results, which highlight areas where employees are most satisfied, as well as areas for improvement.
Companies can register to take the survey on our website at www.oregonbusiness.com. Registrations begins April 24.

Best Manufacturers to Work for in Oregon survey schedule:
Sign-up: Manufacturers will be able to register to take the survey on our website, www.oregonbusiness.com.
Survey period: Manufacturers invite employees (optionally) to take the survey and complete the employer survey through August (new participants).
Survey results: Participants can order survey results from August onwards.
Event: We will honor manufacturers that score highly relative to other participants at an event in November. These companies will also feature in the November issue of Oregon Business magazine.
